The restaurant with its “espetocorrido” serving style by Gaucho trained passadores lends an eclectic energy and flamboyance.
Our meat profile comprises of Hereford cattle, grain fed, cross bred Wagyu, Black Angus, milk fed veal & our exquisite salt marsh lamb to bring a fusion of tastes and textures when you embrace on the mystical churrascaria experience.
